Well, Day one came and went very quickly.
I was able to get through the day without any soda. I went to the grocery store near my work and purchased a sandwich, salad and some fruit for lunch. For supper I joined some friends at a local restaurant and while my food choices may not have been great, I feel like I had more control over my portion sizes and I didn’t leave feeling over-full and bloated. I was delighted to get through the experience without ordering any soda and actually drank water! (Big Step)
