This is my blog that I’ve created for myself as my outlet for my thoughts and feelings. Fair warning to everyone that there will be adult language at times, this blog does not reflect any of my employers or organizations I may be affiliated with. This is me, if you don’t like it you can leave – But this is me, so I know most of you will stay, and I thank you for that.
The blog is back because I feel like I’m finally ready to try again. I’m bigger than ever, so there’s no time like the present.
Today is Tuesday, May 23, 2017, I’m restarting my blog and my effort to live a healthier lifestyle. Step one, stop drinking pop. Pepsi is and always has been my go-to. I love the cool, crisp, sweet, refreshing taste of it. Some quick calculations indicate that on average I currently drink almost 2 lt. of Pepsi a day. As I type this, I have a bottle of water on my desk, and I’m keeping it very close by, hopefully reaching my longer-term goal of drinking ONLY water but that’s something to think about another day.
